3.1 In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payment Processing

AstroKundli offers access to premium features, detailed Kundli reports, and premium chat functionalities via in-app purchases and direct payments. To ensure the highest level of security and compliance, all financial transactions are securely processed through the integrated Google Play Store billing system and the Razorpay payment gateway. By initiating a transaction, you agree to be bound by the respective terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party payment processors.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Because our core services consist of digital, instantly delivered astrological reports and virtual credits, all sales are legally considered final. G INITIATONS ESERVICES PVT LTD maintains a strict policy of not offering refunds for any digital goods once they have been successfully delivered to or accessed by the user.

3.3 Exceptions

Refund requests may be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional conditions:

• Technical Failure: Refunds may be granted in instances where a premium report fails to generate or a transaction error through Google Play or the Razorpay gateway results in duplicate financial charges to the user. To request a review for a technical failure refund, users must formally contact our support team and provide their official purchase receipt, transaction ID, and relevant account details.
• Google Play Policies: For transactions processed via the Google Play Store, users may seek refunds in accordance with standard platform rules by requesting a refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
